Rules & Regulations:
- We, Tararani Expeditions Kolhapur, believe in being a part of this beautiful environment to preserve the goodness, beauty and sacred things for the next generation for years and years as it is.
- After completing the expedition, on the return journey back to home, we try to leave only memories, craziness and humanity for a well-being.
- The Rules and regulations are applicable to all the people who join us, the once who are related with us. All the rules are to be followed and not just to read.
- Consumption of liquor, tobacco products, cigarette etc. is strictly prohibited during the programs.
- During the expeditions, camps or treks, the participants shall abide by the instructions and decisions of the Director or authorized representative of Tararani Expeditions Kolhapur
- Participants should not deface or damage any monument by writing or scribbling on them. Please help us to conserve and preserve our heritage along with our Trek Leads.
- In case of any injury, sickness, accident, death or any other casualty or loss or damage of valuables or luggage or any equipment; organizers, volunteers or experts or any other person involved wholly or partially, either individually or jointly with Tararani Expeditions Kolhapur shall not be responsible in any manner for the same and no claims of participants, parents, guardians, relatives or friends of participants will be entertained.
- Each trekker shall protect the flora and fauna of the place being visited and not throw plastic, wrappers etc. during the expedition, Camp or trek.
- Participant(s)/Guardians should understand the risks involved in any adventure activity, before enrolling.
- We strongly recommend not wearing/carrying any valuable jewelry. Participants will be responsible for their own safety and baggage.
- Adventure activity is arranged considering normal weather. There can be changes in the Event plans, itinerary according to the real-time situations. In case of cancellation of any event due to reasons beyond control (like Natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failure etc.), refund shall be payable with respect to the given to refund policy.
- The Expedition/trek/cam director or the authorized representative shall have complete discretion to continue the camp without the participant(s) suffering from medical problem.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
- Tararani Expeditions Kolhapur reserves all rights to modify/change any program/event.
- Tararani Expeditions Kolhapur reserves all rights to cancel any event and in that case only, all fees accepted as “program fees/event fees” will be refunded within 15 working days after the date of cancellation.
- In situation where cancellation of any event is due to reasons beyond our control like political unrest, natural calamities, transport failures etc. no refund shall be payable.
- Substitution of one person with another will be permitted where feasible and will be at the discretion of the management.
- For more than 7 days prior to the event, 90% of the program fees will be refunded, or 100% amount can be remitted for future programs conducted within 3 months.
- For cancellation done more than 3 days and less than 7 days prior to the event date, 50% of program fees will be refunded.
- No refund will be made if cancellation is made within 3 days prior to the departure date of event.
- Refund will be paid within 15 days of event conclusion.
